Last updated: 31 October 2026. By using Stilla Yoga on the web and in the iOS, Android and smartwatch apps, you accept these terms.
What is Stilla Yoga?
Stilla Yoga is a yoga, breathing and meditation app that offers an asana guide, a flow builder, a breathing timer, meditations made with artificial intelligence, a journal, mood tracking, badges and a community feed.
An important note for your health
- The content in Stilla Yoga is for general information and personal practice. It does not replace medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
- If you are pregnant, or have a health condition, injury or history of surgery, consult a health professional before you start practicing.
- If a pose or breathing technique causes pain, dizziness or discomfort, stop right away. Listening to your body is your responsibility.
- Heart rate readings are for information only; they are not measurements from a medical device.
Your account
- You are responsible for the information you give when creating an account being accurate, and for keeping your password safe.
- Your account belongs to you alone; it cannot be shared with or transferred to anyone else.
Meditations made with artificial intelligence
Meditation scripts and voice recordings are produced automatically with artificial intelligence, based on the theme and length you choose. The content produced may sometimes not be what you expect; you can stop listening to a meditation you find upsetting. You must not write content in your own themes that infringes others' rights or is meant to cause harm.
Content you share
- The posts, comments and flows you share in the community belong to you. By sharing them, you allow this content to be shown within Stilla Yoga according to the visibility setting you choose.
- Be respectful to others. Do not share content that contains hate speech, harassment, violence, sexual content, misleading health claims, advertising or spam, or that infringes someone else's rights.
- We may remove content that breaks these rules and, for repeated violations, restrict your account's community features or close the account.
Intellectual property
The illustrations, watercolor images, badges, texts, sounds and software in the app belong to Stilla Yoga or its licensors. You may not copy, sell or distribute them outside your personal practice.
Changes to the service
We may change, add or remove features to improve Stilla Yoga. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. When we update these terms we change the date on this page; we also announce important changes in the app.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Stilla Yoga is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the app. Practicing in a way that suits your own body and limits is your responsibility.
